Services at Morris Library on the University of Delaware Newark campus are available to students taking online courses. Among those services are access to various databases through the DELCAT Discovery portal and access to Interlibrary Loan (ILL), a system that allows students to borrow books and media, or receive photocopies of documents from other libraries.

In order to connect to Library resources when off campus, you will need to authenticate as a University of Delaware user by logging in with your UD login credentials. You may need to re-authenticate using the web proxy server. Information is available on connecting to the proxy server, including installing a browser Proxify button for connection convenience. For students who live on or near the Newark campus, a Student Multimedia Design Center, located in the basement of the Library, is available for all of your technology needs. The SMDC has more than 70 computers and variety of studios for shooting and editing video, recording and editing audio, creating digital graphics, or immersing yourself in a virtual reality environment. The SMDC also have more than 200 equipment kits that can be checked out by students. Among the equipment are video cameras, digital voice recorders, mics, laptops, and GoPro cameras.
