If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your online course, send a request for assistance to noncredit-support@udel.edu. Tech support is available Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tech support is not available on days that UD is closed. Expected response time is by the next business day.

In your request, please provide the following information, which will help staff more quickly identify and resolve the issue:

  1. Your first and last name.

  2. The name of the course that's related to the problem. UD Professional and Continuing Studies offers a number of online courses, so if you include the name of the course you're taking, we can more quickly identify the course and address the issue.

  3. Detailed information about the issue you are experiencing. For example, if you can't access your online course, specify in your request if you're able to log into Canvas but the course isn't on your Dashboard Links to an external site.. Providing a screenshot is often helpful, especially if you're seeing an error message.

  4. Indicate whether you were using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone when the problem occurred.

  5. Your computer or mobile device operating system (e.g., Windows 10, macOS 10.15.7 Catalina, Android Version 9, etc.).

  6. If using a desktop/laptop computer, include the name of the browser and browser version (e.g., Google Chrome 101.0.4951.54, Mozilla Firefox 99.0.1, etc.).
